The butcher blend s thier own range of spices and herbs with the best quality salt they can find to create a sweet, flavoursome tasting cure in all the products. Smoked using our thier owwn homemade smokehouse - cold smoked with freshly chipped beechwood to create a soft and subtle smokiness that lingers well.
