Frog's Foods began in 2009, started by Roger French; born out of his passion for food, cooking, and the knowledge that the dishes we create in our kitchens are only as good as the ingredients we use.  


Frog's Foods originally sold free range meat, biltong and droewors.

 

 

Now in the safe hands of Roger's son Rob and daughter-in-law Joanna who share a love of food and a passion for cooking meals using only the best quality ingredients. Cooking delicious food is really important to Rob and Joanna; the time spent sharing a meal with family and friends is a special and important part of their lives.

 

Rob developed a passion for cooking from a young age.  At the age of 8 in his home economics class, he realised he was different from the rest when his classmates were baking cupcakes and he made clafoutis.  

Joanna grew up in a home no processed foods were allowed and where all meals were lovingly cooked from scratch with wholefood ingredients, and she has continued this in her own baking and cooking. 

 

Rob and Joanna, grew the Frog's Foods range, added the online store and expanded the delivery range.

 

Frog's Foods now sell free range meat, craft beer and ciders, fresh veggie boxes, gluten free snacks, nutritious smoothie mixes, and much more, all delivered to your door in Cape Town. 

 

On www.frogsfoods.com they will be sharing some of their adventures with food; from cooking at home, around the campfire, and dining out in Cape Town.
